Bad Hair Day, Great Mugshot

It’s bad enough getting arrested as a drug dealer; it’s worse to get caught half-cornrowed. That’s what happened to this man when he foolishly left the barber’s chair for what he hoped would be a quick crack sale. But hey, at least the mugshot earned him 15 minutes of fame.
