Why We Home-School, Lesson #17

We don’t want our children to be at the mercy of bureaucrats who make rules and decisions based on politics or their own whims rather than the best educational interests of our children.

If Timothy and Michelle Wood are smart, they will pull their son, Alex, out of the Howard County school system in Maryland and teach him themselves. That’s the best way to beat a system more wedded to misguided rules than to placing children in the best schools close to home.
