These thugs should be arrested for vandalism & property damage, possibly even be investigated by the FBI on terrorism charges due to the fact that they're sending a political and ideological message with this destruction. In Chapter 113B of Part I of Title 18 of the United States Code, Section 2331 of Chapter 113b, terrorism is defined as: <i>"the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that appear to be intended— (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction…"</i> Of course, this doesn't even approach the seriousness of a domestic bomber (like Bill Ayers). But this kind of wanton lawlessness should NOT be tolerated and the reprobates involved should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Absolutely reprehensible.
