Not being laws, they can get away with defacing Old Glory. But I will tell you this...if I see a business flying that flag, I will be the FIRST to lodge a complaint with any and all city and county agencies I can contact. As a veteran, I will NOT stand by and see the flag representing the country I went to war for defaced in any way, shape or form.
